1. Keep a morning journal

4. Drink lots of water

Some people are too lazy to drink water. Even though water is an important component for maintaining overall health, starting from the skin, digestive system, body weight, and many others. Drink water after you wake up, to replace the fluids lost during your sleep.

Also, pay attention to the sugary drinks you consume. You can use natural sweeteners to replace artificial sweeteners that can interfere with your health.

5. Choose natural body treatments

Whether you realize it or not, there are many body care products out there that contain artificial fragrances and also chemicals that, when used in the long term, can affect health.

Try to start switching to choosing natural body treatments, now it’s not difficult to get various treatments for the beauty that use natural ingredients.

6. Start cooking

You can start a non-toxic lifestyle by cooking from scratch. A few minutes of chopping and peeling vegetables will not only reduce calories and fat (some preservatives cause weight gain) but will also support you to make savings.
